The Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority is the Accountable Body for the Greater South East Energy Hub. The Accountable Body is the employer of the Energy Hub staff and responsible for the Energy Hub grant.
The Energy Hub was set up to serve a number of Local Enterprise Partnership areas and to work with the LEPs and their member local authorities to further local energy projects.
The Energy Hub Board comprises one representative from each Local Enterprise Partnership in the greater south east region: Buckinghamshire Thames Valley; Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority; Coast to Capital; Enterprise M3; Greater London Authority; Hertfordshire; New Anglia; Oxfordshire; Thames Valley Berkshire; South East, and South East Midlands. Board Members are either LEP employees or a constituent Local Authority employee.
